General

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings with Magical Transfer ("we", "us", "our").
By making a booking, you ("the Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after we send written confirmation (email/SMS).
You must provide accurate details (locations, passenger count, flight info).
We may refuse or cancel any booking if information is incomplete or incorrect.

Payment Terms – Pay After Ride

Magical Transfer operates on a pay-after-ride basis.
No upfront payment is required at booking. Full payment is due to the driver after completion of the journey.

Accepted methods: Cash (Euro), credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard), or bank transfer (by prior agreement).
Quoted price is final unless extra services (waiting, detours) are requested during the ride.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Cancellations must be made via email or phone.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Indirect losses (missed flights, events, etc.) are not our liability.
Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the journey.
